Decimal duration to ISO 8601 converter
Click the link above to open the Workiva Decimal Duration conversion tool. You can use this tool to convert decimal values to ISO 8601 for time periods (e.g. P3Y6M0D for the value of 3.5 years). For more information on durations and ISO date formats, see Format time period links - ISO Codes.
You can upload files to Workiva to keep backups of documents or store files. Additionally, you can use file uploads to share items with team members. After you upload a file, you can download it to use and view it. To upload files, you need to have an Editor role or higher.
If you need to open and work with a document, import it instead.
You can upload:
- Max file size: 250mb

You can create Documents, Spreadsheets, and Presentations in over 40 languages. This includes the ability to enter special characters (via keyboard, insert symbols, import, or copy/paste), translate dates, comment, export, and apply international date, currency, and value formats. In addition, several languages support spell check.
Date & value translation
Workiva can translate words in dates (like "October"), values with units (like "millions"), and numbers as words (like "two hundred fourteen") for supported languages. This is especially powerful when linking values and dates across documents in multiple languages.
For example, a central English Spreadsheet with a source cell “December 31, 2020” becomes “31 diciembre 2020” in Spanish, “31. Dezember 2020” in German, and “31 décembre 2020” in French when linked to corresponding documents. All future updates to that source link are reflected in each destination link’s language.
